The best smoothie!
I've searched for a smoothie recipe for what seems like forever. It has to be just right, ya feel? I want it to be yummy and easy to make, with ingredients that are already in the kitchen. Whenever I'd hop on Food Network and search for a recipe, it'd have 45,000 ingredients, all of which cost at least $1,000 each. I've ditched the search and created my own, so I'm sharing it with y'all!
Ingredients list:
- Ice
- Almond/coconut milk
- Mango
- Pineapple
And now, I present to you the virgin pina colada of breakfast beverages! It just isn't fair that mimosas and Bloody Mary's take the stage whenever there's something this good around. When I first made it, I was blown away. I couldn't believe something so easy could be so good! Of course, you can add and take to it as you please, but it's perfect the way it is. The best part is that I could drink an entire pitcher and it's only 2 points on Weight Watchers! If you use canned pineapple with juice, it's a little higher, but all fresh ingredients are zero.
