The most extra snack ever - It's naturally my fave!
When the cravings hit, you don't want to blow your New Year's diet and go overboard...
I've recently started a new diet because I'm trying to be more fit and healthier in 2019! This recipe I've been loving is fantastic. It has avocados, onions, tomatoes, cilantro... You've probably guessed - it's GUAC! I mean, who doesn't love it? We all know guac is extra, but this is the most extra guac EVER! It's so yummy. If you know me, I'm not really a recipe gal. I prefer to hit the kitchen at whim and add what I like, using intuition all the way. That's exactly what I did with this "recipe"!
What you'll need:
- 3 avacodos
- 1 package of guac mix
- 1 twist of cilantro
- 2 small Roma tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 lime
- Salt & pepper to taste
Where can you find these?
All of these ingredients can be found at your local Kroger, Walmart, and Target.
How to eat:
Pair with your favorite nacho chips! Mine come from Walmart and have a spicy seasoning on top. After making this dip, cover and allow it to set in the fridge for thirty minutes or more. When you remove it to eat, top with black beans for a heartier twist! I love this for lunch, especially when paired with salsa.
It's ready to eat after chilling in the fridge for half an hour. Remove that plastic wrap and enjoy!
